THE PATH
I have worked every layer of the stack. I started in sales, learning how a decision actually gets made. Then data engineer, building the pipelines nobody sees. Data scientist, asking what the data means. Backend, writing the services everything talks through. DevOps, owning how software ships and stays up. AI engineer and vision engineer, putting models in front of real users and real cameras. Then solutions architect, responsible for how it all holds together.
Along the way, the work was recognised: the Extra Mile Award, Star of the Month twice (the second time as an innovator), and a Customer Delight award. Then I co-founded Yutitech Innovations, a services company building generative AI for enterprises. Navkramik Labs is my second company, and my first product company.
Somewhere in that path, I realized every system I helped build could optimize for an objective, but none could tell you whether the objective was right. Speed, accuracy and scale were solved. Conscience was not.
Everything that needs automating in this world is either a sequence or a flow, and an agent can perform both. That is the whole thesis behind Navkramik. I am building it as an agentic AI company, starting with one philosophy and one product, with more products to follow from the same foundation.
