Who we are

Navkramik (“Navkramik”, “we”, “us”) is a technology company based in India. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

What we collect

Contact forms collect your name, email address, and message. Invitation requests also collect your computer platform, what you do, the use you describe for the companion, separate privacy and public-post agreements, and one public LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube profile link.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your message. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Founding Nine applications are reviewed by our team for relevance, quality, device compatibility, and public-profile reach. We record review scores and reasons to manage limited places. Scores do not automatically grant or deny access, and we do not infer mental health or psychological traits from applications. The public-post agreement is separate from privacy consent: if selected, it requires an honest public post after genuine use and disclosure of complimentary access, never a positive review.

How it's delivered

Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by email. Early-access applications are stored in our configured Supabase database and accessed through private review tools. Our hosting, database, and email providers process data as needed to provide these services.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, unless a longer retention period is required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

We retain Founding Nine applications while we select the cohort and complete any related follow-up. You may ask us to delete an application by contacting us below; we will handle that request through our manual review process, subject to any legal need to retain information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you’ve submitted to us by emailing the address below.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
